Our 12-person London-based AI startup Workflow are looking for a CTO with experience at early-stage companies and running high-output 10 - 50+ person engineering teams.

Workflow is building Github for creative work - the platform needed for a world with 10x the amount of work being created and delivered. It combines a beautiful centralised collaboration platform with a suite of AI automation.

We’re being used by 300 teams in our first 9 months since launch, and ambitious plans to grow beyond creative work to all knowledge-work (Journalism, Construction, Legal, Finance +).

Workflow was among Focal’s 2024 top 1% of European startups and has been recognised by the Europa awards as one of the 100 hottest startups.

We’ve recently raised a $3m pre-seed, providing two years runway and a stable base from which to grow.

We are looking for a world-class early-stage CTO:

• Great engineering: deep understanding of architecture, web technologies, infrastructure.
  • A number of our founding engineers have been CTOs or lead engineers at unicorns
• Culture and collaboration: Maintaining our culture and building high-performance teams.
• Hands on: a builder, not just a manager.
