Our 14-people London-based SaaS startup Workflow is looking for a Staff Engineer with extensive experience leading projects in startups or scale ups.

We are building Github for creative work - the platform needed for a world with 10x the amount of work being created and delivered. Our high-craft platform combines a beautiful centralised feedback and collaboration space with a streamlined way to organise your creative team.

We’re being used by more than 90 paying teams in our 6 weeks since launch, and we have ambitious plans to grow beyond creative work to all knowledge-work (Journalism, Construction, Legal, Finance +).

Workflow was among Focal’s 2024 top 1% of European startups and has been recognised by the Europa awards as one of the 100 hottest startups, and Notion Capital’s European Top 100 Cloud Challengers.

We’ve recently raised a $3m pre-seed, providing two years runway and a stable base from which to grow.
